We sell everything a home could need. From brand new mattresses, divan and ottoman bases through to dining sets, sofas, coffee tables, storage and mobility needs. We have new wardrobe and bedroom suites, and hundreds of second hand furniture too. We have a wide selection of cabinets, bookcases and also get in unique items like bureaus and tallboy units. These range in age and price, scaling from vintage and retro through to modern and practical.
We sure do! If we have time slots available and it suits you, we can offer same day delivery! Unlike many delivery services we can offer AM and PM delivery times and can normally contact you or give you a shorter time window of 2 hours. We deliver 6 days a week.
Yes! We recondition second hand appliances. These are fully cleaned, tested and given our own 3 month warranty. We sell fridges, freezers, dishwashers, free standing and built in ovens, washing machines, dryers, fridge freezers and some commercial products. We also sell smaller items like microwaves, TVs, sound systems and DVD players. We often stock brands including; Hotpoint, Bosch, Beko, Miele and more, in a variety of styles, sizes and colours.
Delivery starts from £25. This includes two team members loading, unloading and installing your purchases into your home and into position. We will, where reasonable, deliver your furniture into position and fully install appliances. Delivery costs are based on location but not per item so if you are looking to furnish your entire home it would still be the set delivery cost to your address! Included in our delivery price, we can take away old like for like furniture free of charge. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier, with whom we are happy to coordinate with or you can come and collect yourself.
Of course. Please bring someone with you if the item is weighty. If we have staff available we will assist you to your vehicle or lend you a sack truck but you may also need help the other end. Make sure it will fit prior to collection and if you have any questions just ask. We can recommend where to park if the item is heavy.
We understand that you might be moving or waiting for the right time for your furniture. We can hold furniture for you. Depending on the size and time frame, we are happy to help. Just talk to a member of staff!
Yes! We find this is another of our key benefits that our customers love. If you order from us and book our delivery service we can take your old like for like furniture away free of charge. We will either dispose of it carefully through our registered waste license or if we can, we will look to recondition and refurbish it for resale. If this is a service you require please let us know when purchasing.
We can! We have a huge range of items. If you can’t find it in store or you are after something specific please contact us or talk to our staff members. If we don’t have it now we are happy to take your contact details and contact you when we do get the product in.
Often a lot of our stock barely touches the shop floor before it’s sold, especially popular branded items. If you are looking for something in particular it’s always best to come in to our stores or give us a call to see if we can help. Our website will show examples of items we sell, such as photos of products and brands we regularly get in like G Plan, M&S, Next and Ercol. These sell very quickly but we’ll often have more in soon! You can also check our Facebook Marketplace page for new stock items.
Yes, we’d love to see you. Our Boscombe store is open 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday, and we deliver throughout these times too. We are based inside the Sovereign Centre that has multi-story parking on site. We recommend you visit to try out our mattresses and seating so that you can find the right one for you.
We do. As you can imagine we get a lot of people asking us so we ask that you send us photos of your items via email with as much detail as possible including brand and age. If we are able to take them we would then come and view the item to check the condition before we take away. We will not offer you as much as you would get selling privately. We offer the convenience of taking the item away, often when you need it gone fast and the reassurance that they will be restored and find another good home. Contact us if you have any questions.
We do indeed. We have a great hard-working team, and the vans and equipment to facilitate theses services. We also have registered waste disposal licenses. Each job is different so please contact us to discuss the work and get a quote.
Yes we offer all students and Blue Card staff 10% discount. Just bring in a relevant form of ID to prove that you are a student or NHS/Blue card staff and you will be entitled to 10% off all purchases. We often have sales on too so keep your eyes peeled and pop into store for deals!
Yes. On all of our major appliances and electronic products such as rise & recliners, we offer a 3 month warranty. If you have any problems or want more information on this just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
If the product is faulty we will of course offer a refund on all items within 28 days of purchase, 3 months warranty for all electronic and appliance products. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you change your mind on our products. If you have any queries just get in touch. Other refund conditions will be issued at Southcoast Living Ltd discretion.
